EXPORT POLICIES

SFT2 Tactical ships to International Customers who are registered with EasyExport®. To register with EasyExport, click here. There is no charge for registration and EasyExport does not share your information.

You can shop after EasyExport notifies you that your registration has been activated. Please allow up to 12 hours.

We will ship only to the shipping address in your EasyExport profile.

Dealers, Distributors, Other Businesses and Government Agencies

We can ship to you if you are located in one of the countries in Country List A below.

Consumers (Individuals)

We can ship our products to you as follows:

Restrictions from our suppliers may prevent us from exporting certain products.

Export Licenses

Exports of optics to many countries requires an export license from the United States Department of Commerce. There is no charge to you when an export license is required, but please allow 4-6 weeks for EasyExport to obtain the license.

Import Permits

Your country may require that you obtain an import permit for certain optics.

EasyExport will send you an email if a product you buy requires an import permit. EasyExport also will help you with the import permit, if you need help. You can contact EasyExport at buyers@easyexport.net. Upon request, EasyExport will prepare import permit applications at no charge for individuals located in New Zealand, Australia, or South Africa.

It is your responsibility to obtain any import permit required by your country. We are not responsible for deliveries that are not completed due to your failure to obtain an import permit or any other authorization required for you to import products into your country.

Duties and Import Taxes

You are responsible for all duties, taxes, import fees and other charges imposed by your country.

If you are located in a country in Country List B, your EasyExport account contains information about duties, import taxes and other charges in your country.

APO/FPO Addresses

Shipments to APO/FPO addresses are treated as exports under American regulations. We regret that we are unable to ship optics to APO/FPO addresses.

End Use Restrictions

Optics that we export are authorized for end use only as allowed by U.S. law.

Optics that are shipped to individuals and to other customers who are not authorized to resell them under the laws of their country may not be transferred or sold without the permission of the U.S. Government. You are not permitted to buy optics for family, friends, or other people. You can purchase these items only for your own use.

Products shipped to dealers and distributors for resale may be resold only to lawful customers in the country to which we ship the products and only in accordance with the laws of that country. Products purchased for resale may not be sold to retail or commercial customers in any other country or exported to any other country.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF INTERNATIONAL SALES

All international sales are subject to the following terms and conditions.

International Shipping

Available international shipping options vary from country to country. USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other courier services have restrictions on what products they will carry internationally.

If we encounter difficulties shipping your product, we will contact you. If actual shipping charges are greater than the amount we have previously charged or quoted you, you are responsible for the increased amount and that amount must be paid prior to the order being shipped.

We will provide tracking information after your order has shipped if tracking information is available to us. Questions relating to tracking international shipping can be directed to EasyExport at buyers@easyexport.net.

Compliance with Laws in Your Country

You are not permitted to buy products we sell unless you are authorized to own and possess them in your country. It is your responsibility to check the laws and regulations in your country to determine that you are permitted to own and possess them.

You are not permitted to buy our products for resale in your country unless you are registered with EasyExport as a Business and are authorized under the laws of your country to resell them.

Delivery, Insurance, Risk of Loss

When we ship a package by USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other courier service we will present the package to the carrier, cost of shipment paid and properly addressed, based on the address you have given EasyExport, and with other shipping information and documents in our control properly completed. Clearance of the package through U.S. Customs is our responsibility. You are responsible for all costs in your country and for clearing the package through Customs in your country. We are not responsible for deliveries that cannot be completed for any reason or for delays in delivery after we have presented the package to the carrier. Risk of loss transfers to you when we deliver the package to the carrier.  SFT2 Tactical nor EasyExport will provide compensation or refunds due to loss based on Customs in your country or loss by the carrier.

When we ship a consignment by commercial freight forwarder, we will present the package to a freight forwarder we select, cost of shipment paid and with all other customarily required shipping information and documents in our control properly completed. Clearance of the package through U.S. Customs is our responsibility. You are responsible for all costs in your country and for clearing the consignment through Customs in your country. If you intend to use an agent to clear the consignment through Customs and deliver them to you, the name and address of the agent must be entered in your EasyExport profile before you place your order. We are not responsible for deliveries that cannot be completed for any reason or for delays in delivery that occur after we have made the consignment available to the freight forwarder at our facility. Risk of loss transfers to you when we make the consignment available to our freight forwarder at our facility. SFT2 Tactical nor EasyExport will provide compensation or refunds due to loss based on Customs in your country or loss by the carrier or freight forwarder.

If actual shipping charges are greater than the amount we have previously charged or quoted you, you are responsible for the increased amount.

We may, but are not required to, obtain insurance for shipments. Any insurance we obtain is solely for our benefit and customers will have no claim to insurance proceeds.

Returns

We do not allow returns of products shipped outside the United States. All international sales are final.

Customers may be charged taxes and/or duty fees upon delivery in your country. Those fees are the responsibility of the customer to pay and are not a valid reason to return your package. Refunds and/or refunds are NOT granted under this scenario.

Customers that attempt a credit card charge back will be referred to this policy and the charge back will be denied. All credit card charge backs are vigorously defended and the credit card will be provided with this policy which indicates the card holder understood they are not permitted a refund under any circumstances. Customers that initiate a charge back will have any future orders automatically cancelled. Customers that initiate a charge back will have their name shared with EasyExport, where it will be the sole determination of EasyExport if they will permit the customer to utilize their services in the future.

Suspicious or Illegal Activity

We reserve the right to refuse to accept or ship orders for any reason we determine appropriate. Either we or EasyExport will report suspicious or illegal activity to the appropriate legal authorities.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays in shipment or delivery resulting from inability to obtain an export license or other governmental authorization, natural disasters, disease, government orders, acts of war, or extraordinary events beyond our control.

Legal Disputes

All legal disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction in the state and county where our headquarters in the United States are located.
